Robotics

I have been selected as the captain of FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) team 4466, Gann Academy’s varsity robotics team. I lead and inspire my dedicated robotics team to strategize, design, and build a robot to compete and win various competitions and awards. As captain, I foster an environment where my teammates and peers spearhead the team’s work and can serve as leaders in their own roles. Team members are part of subteams such as CAD, hardware, software, and outreach. I supervise and manage all of these subteams, serving as a mentor to my peers. Beyond my own team, I mentor two other teams at Gann: teams 6308 (all girls) and 8148 (junior varsity). Outside of Gann, I mentor 6 FIRST LEGO League (FLL) teams at The Meadowbrook School.
